Everyone on staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, communication was great and always clear. I would highly recommend their service to anyone. I brought my mom to them for a personal injury claim due to a collision, as she was very overwhelmed by the constant letters and phone calls from the other insurance parties and the hospital where she received treatment. They immediately took over dealing with all parties, referring the hospital to bill insurance (the ER bill was nearly $25,000), and handling everything else with the other insurance companies involved. My mom was able to focus on her physical therapy and healing process, while I remained the main contact for the law firm. My mom is over 70 and what started as an overwhelming and terrifying process for her was turned into an easy and comfortable relationship with the team at Becker Franklin and Rovang. The bills were reduced significantly after her medical insurance was billed and negotiated the costs. Her settlement was fair for the injuries sustained and far more than she ever could have expected if she had tried to deal with it on her own. The fees were very reasonable for the service provided and what they were able to achieve in such a short time. Chances are you may not ever need a personal injury attorney...until you do. That unexpected accident that wasn't your fault, that leads to mounts of hospital bills and a serious long-lasting injury. It's a scary place to be. We were lucky enough to have been recommended to John Kauffman at Becker Franklin Rovang. John is a great person, and easy to talk to. He listens and then explains to you all the different ways in which he and his office can help you. He was upfront about everything. How long the process can take, what all of our options are, what the fees are, etc. There is actually very little we had to do, which was a huge relief and weight off of our shoulders. Back in 2023, I was involved in a collision that resulted in a totaling of my family vehicle and permanent scars on my back. Unfortunately, the driver that caused the accident didn’t have insurance, which left me responsible for all costs (luckily I had full coverage), but left me with one less car, 2 kids, and a wife who was currently pregnant with our 3rd child (which we didn’t know at the time). Starting to see no end solution to this, I decided to go talk to my wife’s lawyer, who was representing her from another accident prior to mine. I went and sat down with him, and after looking at the photos and the scars on my back, he decided to take on my case and help in any way he could, but was VERY upfront about not guaranteeing if he could get me any money or not. I decided to go forth with it. Fast forward to a year and a half later, I signed my settlement and am looking at a very nice chunk of change after all this. My family and I are FINALLY able to get our life back on track and finally put this accident behind us!
